Challenge: Customer needed to cap product, apply labels and output to trays.
Solution: AdeptOne™ robot used to pick caps from trays, place caps on lipstick and remove lipstick from conveyor pucks. The lipstick tubes then had a bottom label applied, verified and then lipstick tubes were loaded back into master trays.

Solution: Develop a vertical tray elevator that holds 30 trays. Use Adept Cobra™ robot to unload trays and place caps on bottles.
