Solution: Stand-alone machine with custom rotary 4th axis. Use of Adept Pathware™ software to apply precise bead to parts. A servo motor driven pump was used to assure accuracy.

Product: Lithium Ion Battery Cells
Challenge: How to precisely dispense electrolyte into cells, five at a time and verify fill.
Solution: Five individual dispense pumps were used to meter the electrolyte to the cell. An Adept™ robot was used to transfer the cells from conveyor pucks to scale for initial weighing, then filling and back to scale for verification of tare weight. Rejects were processed to a reject conveyor.
