Challenge: How to feed trays to a pick and place for loading..with limited space available for the operation.
Solution: 30" square machine holds 20 trays. Machine lowers tray onto pusher to be fed into loading machine.

Challenge: How to transfer output of injection molding operation to caps for shipment to packager.
Solution: Four lanes of FlexLink® conveyor move caps from injection molding machine to loader. Caps are singulated and separated to proper spacing for the tray. Tray de-stacker feeds tray to robot for loading of all caps. Full trays are then stacked for boxing.
