One of our customers has come to us several times for our help in assembling their consumer and commercial electronics products.  We've supplied them with robotic cells, vision inspection stations, fixed automation, lean manual cells and conveyor systems.  We've inserted odd-form components into circuit boards, dispensed thermal grease, driven screws and nuts, printed and applied serial number labels, assembled boards into housings and ultrasonic welded plastic components.  We've used force feedback to verify that EMI shields snap into place as expected.  Other customers have hired us to assemble small circuit boards onto thermal conductive substrates, requiring multiple cameras to meet very tight placement tolerances.

Some suppliers run scared from projects that we have undertaken.  So call us - we aren't afraid of anything.  Except snakes.  But only some of us.
