Bottle Labeler

Introducing the CA-1000 Bottle Labeler.

We designed and built this stand-alone machine to apply a label to a bottle.  We spin the bottle to wrap the label around it.  The system is flexible for a wide range of bottle sizes.  It features sanitary stainless steel construction, a Herma labeler, touchscreen HMI, recipe management and encoder synchronization to match the labeler to the bottle rotation speed.  Optional accessories include barcode reading, vision inspection, and date/lot code printing.  This system labels 60 bottles per minute, 24 hours per day.
